- Using LEXIS-NEXIS, find a news item that involves a Court and summarize the news item in your own words.
- Identify whether it is a State or Federal Court, and say why.
- Identify if the Case involves Criminal Law or Civil Law, and say why; and, (4) comment on any three classmates’ postings.
